The Spiritual Care Matters series of courses is for all staff and volunteers working in care homes, health and other care settings. You can participate either as an individual or as a group through your care home, health team or organisation.

Spiritual Care Matters 1: Supporting the Spiritual Needs of Older People
This course is designed to promote, recognise, respect and support the spiritual well-being of older people. The course is an introduction to spiritual care, exploring how spiritual care is defined, what it means in practice and why it matters.
Spiritual Care Matters 2: Looking after your own Spiritual Wellbeing
This course explores why it is important to look after yourself and identifies ways of coping and getting support in emotionally demanding situations. The course complements Spiritual Care Matters 1.
